In the event of circumstances that may cause school provision to be disrupted, we will endeavour to inform parents following the procedure outlined within the school handbook.
In addition, announcements will be made:

If many schools are affected, or the situation is likely to be prolonged, then the Council’s website:
www.edinburgh.gov.uk will also be used.
Parents may also check school closures at the council’s own website.
