Blue Badge Scheme If you’re a driver or a passenger and you have mobility issues or are affected by a disability which compromises your safety near roads you may be eligible for a Blue Badge. You can pick up forms from your local library or neighbourhood office. At your local neighbourhood office, you can bring your completed blue badge form and they can take payment or photocopy documents for you as well as pass on to the Travel Concessions team. CEC Cinema Card
The Card enables a disabled cinema guest to receive a complimentary ticket for someone to go with them when they visit a participating cinema.
You will need to provide evidence for the card holder of one of the following:

National Entitlement Card (NEC) is for: young people, older people and people with a disability. To apply for an NEC you need to go to one of our libraries and fill in an application form. The Taxicard is a concessionary transport scheme available to any Edinburgh resident with a permanent disability (over the age of two) who finds it difficult to travel by bus.
